My research focuses on the fundamental understanding of lithospheric deformation and the initiation, growth and decay of crustal structures across the scales. My research interest concentrates around two main topics: 1) The influence of preexisting structures on the development of continental rifted margins, 2) Fault-sediment interaction and the evolution of sedimentary basins. I integrate onshore and offshore geophysical and well data, outcrop data and analog models to study the crustal deformation and the evolution of sedimentary basins.
